With over a decade of experience in the industry, Charlie has performed at events of all shapes and sizes, from weddings, private events, fundraisers and corporate parties, to festivals & fairs, garden parties, musical theatre productions and cabarets! She has entertained with numerous bands, including a rock & roll band, acoustic guitar duo, close harmony vintage act, orchestras, musical theatre companies, and a blues, soul & country trio.

 

With such a wealth of styles to draw from, her solo sound is eclectic! Soul, jazz, blues, country and pop influences weave together to provide a diverse 'modern classic' repertoire, delivering songs from artists like Dusty Springfield, Eric Clapton, Prince and Ray Charles to Billie Eilish, Harry Styles, Amy Winehouse and Paloma Faith. With moods ranging from dreamy festival vibes to romantic wedding ballads, elegant cocktail hour to high energy party entertainment, Charlie is able to deliver material to suit a wide range of venues and occasions.

Charlie covers a full spectrum of musical genres, with a repertoire of over 300 songs. A little of everything! As such, she is able to create bespoke entertainment solutions for a huge range of events, ensuring a tailored, memorable performance no matter the occasion.

Did you know?

 In 2017 Charlie won two Shaftesbury Fringe awards (Best Popular Music and Best Overall Act) for acoustic duo 'Hummingbird', praised for their entertaining and relaxed performance style, creative harmonies and diverse material. In 2023 and 2024 she performed in another award-winning piece, Glory of The Garden, with PlayGC Theatre Company, awarded best in its category at Shaftesbury Fringe in both years. In 2024 she also received the accolade of 'Honourable Mention' for her show 'Sounds of the Sixties' in the Best Popular Music category.
